VM was founded by Tim Perry and although it has only been up and running for a short time, it has already become known as the Motorcycle MOT centre in Upton. Mot Tests can be arranged at very short notice and we are very flexible with times. We are more than happy for you to watch your Mot Test being done or you can just leave it with us and we can ring you when it is done. Our Motorcycle Mot Centre is located in Backfields behind the shops in High Street and straight opposite number 44 Backfields. |
Brief Mot Guide This is just a very brief guide and is only intended for you to give your Motorcycle a quick check over in the hope that your bike passes first time and does not fail on something simple. The full guide can be found by clicking the link above. LIGHTING Make sure that all lamps are clean and lenses are not cracked, all lighting should be secure and clean. HEADLIGHTS Check the headlamp emits a WHITE or YELLOW light. Make sure the headlight is secure. Headlight switches work correctly. DIRECTION INDICATORS In most cases indicators should only emit amber colour. They should flash between 60 to 120 flashes per minute.
